New 2010 Toyota 4Runner Officially Revealed

The redesigned 2010 Toyota 4Runner has officially revealed. The new 4Runner became taller, longer and wider. Base SR5 models have fender extensions with mud guards, an exclusive fencing, and a measure roof rack. The off-highway focused Trail shape skin a unique hood dipper, super guards, and dark start- and tail light. The scale topping Limited model boasts a chrome grille, 20-edge wheels, and body-color accents.

The traditional sport styling is backed up by strong body-on-trick construction and two superior four-circle urge systems. SR5 and Trail variants are ready with a two-swiftness part-time four-turn effort logic, while the 4Runner Limited is equipped with a round-time four-controls-need order with a locking middle differential. If your adventures take you off the beaten avenue, you’ll be fortunate to know the Trail type features a norm electronic-locking differential.

The new Toyota 4Runner powered by a 4.0-liter V6 (with 270 hp and 278 lb-ft of torque) and a 2.7-liter four-cylinder (with 157 hp and 178 lb-ft of torque). Fuel cutback for the 4.0-liter V6 is estimated at 17 mpg city/23 mpg highway for 4×2 models and 17 mpg city/22 mpg highway for 4×4 models. The four-cylinder 4×2 models come in at 18 mpg city/23 mpg highway.

What about inside, the 4Runner boasts additional interior space, premium materials, and a fresh dash outline. While all models are nicely equipped; options include a Safety Connect telematics system, a rear-consider screen, leather casing, a navigation system, and places for up to seven people.
